3. How do I select the sessions I wish to attend?
There is no individual registration for the different parallel sessions of the conference and you do NOT need to inform the conference organisers of the sessions you intend to attend. Joining details for all sessions will be available within the conference platform.
Some workshops may have limits on the number that can participate, and we will inform delegates how they can sign up for individual workshops closer to the conference.

Speakers do not need to register for the conference. They will receive a joining email as normal the week before the conference starts.

Delegates from outside the UK and Northern Ireland will not be required to pay VAT and should pick the ‘International’ ticket option.

For UK and NI tickets, an invoice will be attached with your confirmation email. International tickets paying by invoice will be sent an invoice by RLUK within 10 working days.
If a PO reference is required to be quoted on your invoice please send this to Melanie.Cheung @ rluk.ac.uk
Please note that if you are paying by invoice then the cancellation policy (see question 7 below) still applies.
